What we collect

The alpha-interest form asks for your email, adult confirmation, platform interest, broad companion experience, region, what matters most to you, and how much feedback you can give. A pseudonym and referral source are optional.

Do not submit conversations, audio, credentials, diagnoses, or intimate relationship details. Project Rogue does not need them to evaluate testing interest.

Why we use it

We use the application only to understand private-alpha demand, assess possible testing fit, and contact you about this submission. Applying does not create an account, invitation, entitlement, or download.

Where it goes

Full submissions are stored in Project Rogue's restricted Netlify Forms dashboard and copied into an owner-only Discord channel for review. Both copies include the answers you submit, including your email and optional pseudonym or referral source. No community member or future tester role can access the submissions channel.

How long we keep it

The Netlify record and its Discord copy are retained for no more than 90 days unless you are separately selected for a future testing process. Any later tester record will have its own terms and retention period. Synthetic test submissions are removed after verification.

Your choices

Email privacy@projectrogue.app from the address you submitted to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion. Deletion requests are completed within seven calendar days, from both Netlify and Discord, and confirmed by email.
